I think you can but they also show up in camera roll aswell IIRC, so you end up with duplicates. * +

I synch my photos with computer and on computer I have my photos in different files which shows on the iphone but any new images taken with it, go into one folder, but it easy to organise by just dragging that particular folder into whether you want it to be, as they are housed in individual files related to date you took them. * +
