I checked in cydia and it says I have no appsync installed. As far as I remember there was an option in an app to back-up 'friendlys' but I looked in bossprefs and it's not even in there. * +

Installous settings has an iTunes sync option I always thought that was to enable appsync to work but perhaps not then!!!You could always see if that's causing your problem I guess. * +

Yes there is an option in installous but it's switched off. *
