If no one hasnt upgraded to ios4 yet and would like the theme and still have v3.1.2 or v3.1.3 still and jailbroken just found the theme for it you will need winterboard search for iphone os4 complete theme install that i found it faster then the black one so there you go enjoy sorry if anyone knows this already *

and for that extra special feel instal backgrounder for multitasking so now you can wait and still have the feel of ios4 *
