I did the update on my Ipod touch and it crashed it now it brings up safe mode. When I plug it in and itunes comes on it says its in safe mode but needs to updating for me to access it. So I click ok then it starts to redo it. Then it stops and says i've got an error 21 which means something to do with my antivirus. So I repeat it without antivirus but still get the same problem. Can anyone help? *

Go to apple.com, itunes, support or google the error. *

put it in DFU mode and restore with itunes. don't bother with apple site its useless. *
