My phone wont sync 2 Itunes. Wen i connect my laptop and phone 2 the usb cable it says 'this phone cannot be used because the required software is not installed'. Run the Itunes installer 2 remove Itunes then install Itunes again. Iv done this several times but the same thing happens again. Any help wud b greatly appreciated * +

You have to remove all Apple apps from your computer in a certain order and then reinstall it, can't remember what order but it should be on Apples support page * +

Iv found them and uninstalled them ill download Itunes again and hopefully it will work * +
