hey all i managed to downgrade my iphone 3g os 4 with no save shh or what ever you call it just downgraded it and used recboot to boot it up when u see the error im now 3.1.3 ... is this normal ? * +

No it can't be done, you must of had your shsh blobs saved * +

No the phone was a replacment from apple came with 04 I just downgraded from 4 to 3.1.3 used recboot when I tunes says error 1501 or whatever error code u get google downgrade iPhone 3g from 4 to 3.1.3 read em no blobs needed * +

The phone was a refurbed handset so sometime in the past had it's SHSH hashes saved to Cydia and that's why he was able to downgrade
