Connect your iPhone, open iTunes, on the left hand side where it says Devices, right click your iPhone and click restore from backup. Simples * +

Have you saved blobs on Cydia's server for 4.0.1 or lower ?If not your out of luck I'm afraid...You won't have any other option but to restore and upgrade. * +

If you can get to your phones file system via iFile,ssh or even iPhone browser goto var/lib/apt/lists and delete all your repos in there(DO NOT DELETE THE PARTIAL FOLDER THOUGH)...deleting these files and starting your Cydia source list again can fix about 80 percent of Cydia crashing/problems. * +
