So the only way my phone works is in safe mode, what am i missing in that mode exactly? Cos i only have a mobile web connection to update lol! And that'll give me 4.02 :( * +

Thank for that. Found it was skrewcommon(installed by vwallpaer) that was causing it. Removed in safe mode via cydia and my phone works as normal. Only after removing about 12 other tweaks first though lol anyways, I'd stay away from this. * +

I figured it out though, which was quite satisfying lol. I've hacked my last 4 phones, no reason for me not to do this also. *
