also play around with the settings i use 384 for video and 96kbps for audio any higher then that the video is like 500mb odd also to split the video files use a program called Boilsoft Video Splitter and click the part were its says split the video in to parts eg 2 parts its fast also good luck nt_virus * +

also 1 more thing the fps is the tricky part cause you got to get it just right or the lips go out of sync so find out that cause i forgot just play with that part till you find it perfect its also fast at converting them on my pentium 4 which i didnt know until i tried it but fast if you got a dual core or quad core computer *
