Recently I've been having some problems with my home button, sometimes it'll take 2 - 3 presses before it recognises. Quite annoying but doesn't happen all the time, anybody else suffered with this? Also if I book a genius appointment will they replace it with a brand new handset or a refurb? * +

Not a prob on mine, but should have 28day exchange policy , n ref apple new/refurb I ask a mate that works there n he said new units but I've my reservations.... Try exchange where u bought it first n use the- don't want a refurb unit from apple:) * +
