Surely buying a case/bumper would be a more hassle free option....I have taken apart the 3GS around 4 times now to change the dock assembly,LCD,screen digitiser and to replug a couple of cables that were out 'n I'll tell you what.....there is no way I would open the phone just to change the back cover(the battery is attached to it I'm sure).... * +
