so i guess u cant ok under available downloads its still there but wont resume. can i sign in on a pc at work and download it because we have a signal booster. and how do i get it on my phone without it erasing my stuff sincing its syncd with my home pc *

You need to go into iTunes and your purchase history. Under that towards the bottom you will have a button to click on to report problems. Click on that button and then choose the app u want to get a refund for from the list provided. Then on the next page u have an option to choose to indicate that u have bought it inadvertently. And u r done. *
