iDevice's must be the most unbrickable modern device known to man.....if anyone manages to actually brick their iPhone then I do suggest that they truely do deserve to own their very own bricked idevice. * +

I had to return a 3GS to the Apple store once due to the phone not booting up,it was jailbroken but the bloke on the other side of the bar only tried to switch it on twice and then gave in to give me my replacement,that was many moons ago now and I do think that if they had ran any checks on the phone then I wouldn't now own a iPhone 4 under the same details as the registered ones for my 3GS. * +

Well I must be a fool, I've exchanged about 6 or 7 devices all for different reasons and they had all been jailbroke. Alls they check for is water damage and that's it, there's no way to check if the device had been jailbroke in the past. It's just scare tactics to put you off jailbreaking * +
