If your jailbroken go and buy this app from cydia, let's you create albums on your iPhone and add/delete pictures to each album, you can also add security password to any album that you don't want people to see. You won't lose if you restore or change handset, you can always re download, it's only 1.99. Excellent tweak IMO * +
