Get pwnTunes from Cydia A's it allows you copy n paste from your pc directly into the MyMusic folder of your phone which in turn adds the mp3's to your iPod list. * +

Ok...if it's an actual app your after search and install Free Music from Cydia but you also have to download iDownloder from the AppStore for it to work,it has a search function and can download from within the app itself. * +
