There is a jailbreak for windows for 4.2.1 but u can't turn of ur phone or reboot it or u will need to j/break it again * +

@botchno download tinyumbrella and check if it has any hashes saved. Maybe that the previous owner had it jailbroke so you can downgrade. @f1ddy bootrom only applies to 3GS *
