ok. Removing either the purchased tracks and leaving the Top-Rated or vice-versa shows the correct playlist. But don't know why it won't combine the two. * +

One thing yo might try is completely deleting all music from your iPhone and then trying again. And check sync only checked music and videos in the summary screen. *
