I have 269 songs in my iTunes Top Rated on my laptop but on my iphone 4 it is only showing 65 and they all appear to be songs that I have purchased via the iTunes AppStore. Why aren't the others showing up in TopRated? * +

they are all marked. They synch with no problem to 3gs, ipod and nano so I do not know if there is some sort of new menu structure in iphone. * +

I have that issue, also with syncing videos too! Make a great playlist then it puts old one on?! But try ticking all songs * +

I did say they are all marked already. Anyone else got ideas? If they were not marked then they would not be appear in the machines. * +

Make a playlist in iTunes with your marked songs. When you go to sync, check sync music-selected artists and playlists-thn select your new playlist and sync. * +

Hi witch1, my playlist is already created, it is my Top-Rated listed in which I have incorporated, purchased and one or other rules. * +

Double checked, and what is appearing is only the purchased tracks in the Top-Rated, the actual Top-Rated tracks are not appearing in the playlist. There is no such problem on my ipod, shuffle or nano. * +
