Not used cydia for a few days but last night I opened it and it told me I needed to upgrade cydia ... I pressed the essential upgrade bit .... Now I have no packages and basically there is nothing there ??? * +

I also have to power the phone off before I can revisit cydia now eg I can go in and come out but not get back in without powering off hmmm ... Sources packages are all gone * +
