It means you can either upgrade your baseband to unlock and lose gps function or you can wait for another unlock * +

And if you decide to upgrade the baseband, it's a tethered jailbreak AND can't be restored through iTunes if something goes wrong. It will forever more have to be rejailbroke with a custom firmware if your phone goes off or screws up. And no gps. It's not worth doing. *
