aptbackup only works after a fresh iTunes installation, it doesn't back up apps or settings. It just makes a list of your installed cydia apps and puts it in a location under iTunes backup * +

@ foxy I've tried that and it's still not working I can see my apps on my phone in iTunes and it still says zero apps * +

gray best advice fresh restore then rejb, my app sync stil doesnt work but usin the method transfer purchases do manage to sync the apps *
