phone up ur carrier if its in uk, they wil charge u 10 for it n wil send u a unlockin code. Thats how i unlocked my 3gs before i sold it of *

I run a shop and we offer IMEI unlocking for iPhones or software unlocks. But you can do the above which tends to be cheaper than an IMEI unlock. *
