If ya baseband above 5.13 then ull need to update to iPad one which can cause problems if ya restore and ya warranty is dead .. But even if u do update to iPad baseband and have problems in future it's all fixable with some knowledge * +

from my knowledge only permanent way of unknockin is call up the original network carrier n ask them to give u a unlockin code they wil charge u only 15quid thats how i unlocked my 3gs before sellin it of * +

mine was orange n had no problem, jus threaten to leave at the end of ur contract lol they soon change their tone *
