Hi guys long time no post! Not used this forum for a while so tho and thought this would be the best place to get an answer. basically my iphone 3g 16gb was playing up so I decided to restore it. but it was jailbroken which I didn't realise would mess this whole process up even more! basically am getting the error 1015 everytime I try to restore via itunes! can anyone assist me please? thanks! :) * +

So it's stuck on connect to iTunes screen now? Have you tried to kick it out if recovery mode using something like tinyumbrella? * +

It's the iPad baseband giving you problems. The only way to fix your iPhone is with a custom firmware and redsn0w. Tiny umbrella and irecovery won't work. * +

Restore with 4.1 when you get the error message use ireb to fix error 1005 iv done loads message me if u can't do it , when I'm online I'll help via teamviewer , wernt restore cius ov iPad baseband * +

I've fixed ten 3G iPhones with that proble, msheff. He's getting a 1015 error-that can only be fixed the way I said. * +

U mentioned irecovery and tiny I'm on about ireb , so I'm giving different solution than yours , tiny , irecovery ain't no good iREB will sort error 1015 * +
