NO I HAVE NOT GONE BACK!! lol, love my iphone, ok here we go, i had the iPhone 4 this time last week, got used to it etc etc, beautiful device, then yesterday my partner had her Nokia N8 arrive (i was a N8 owner), i thought great, i get to play with a phone i know i love, BUT it was so horrid, i mean it isnt poor, cr*p etc it was just so clunky and slow to use in menus etc.... * +

i DO NOT compare mobiles ever apart from those from the same manufacturer (like when i used to do the nokia s60 reviews), N8 has its lovers etc and so does the iPhone, but its safe to say i will NOT be going back to s60, its a shame as i know it inside out, been a user for 7 years, watched it grow but i must say, it is not enough anymore, dnt get me wrong, s60 will always have a place in my heart * +

after all, thats where the love of smartphones started for most of us old users. So this was not a rant, or a compare fight, it is mearly mt thoughts on a end user that loves the smartphone. * +

Nice write up mate, your right there is alot of old s60 users in here and rightly so s60 is where it all began for most of us but I think I speak for alot of people on here when I say I'd never go back to s60. I love the way iOS is set out, it's simplicity to do things and the look of it all. iOS is locked down alot and I think to unlock it's full potential you need to jailbreak.... * +

Which I agree isn't right but we had to hack s60 to get the most out of that platform, I don't think any os is fully open so to speak. The iPhone doesn't do alot of things that other smartphones do but what it does is do other things so well that you forget about the things it's missing * +

I still got my N8 but just use it for taking pics better then my i touch but love my itouch more for apps and games * +

S60 is going to be dead with us now with apple atleast we can now say since us s60 users have joined its more alive now * +
