Suave HD is already on Cydia I think, there's a massive topic over at macthemes where you can request new icons and etc * +

OOhh yes nfxcr3w as done it again 
when you use this theme you notice the music player and videos icons are default now with abit of fiddling around with my ipod touch 4G i finally found a solution requires openssh on your device and winscp on windows il upload the missing icons and with everything i provide is instructions within the zip * +
