Right I'm not upto date with all this stuff so I look a right Pratt. Now jail breaking my fone does it effect my warrenty or my orange insurance? And also how much does it cost to get it done? * +

It's free and easy to do-there's a topic here about how to do it. It doesn't void your warranty and call Orange about insurance. * +

It does void your warranty if jailbroken, if it needs to be sent back just restore first and you'll be fine. Don't pay anybody to do it, all the tools are free to download. I recommend using Redsn0w * +

All Apple has said is that it MAY void your warranty. Seems to be 50-50 if they'll fix it. Seems to come down to which store you go to and who makes the decision. * +

According to the Apple rep I called about it today-if the issue with the iphone is because of the jailbreak (software issue) then they won't fix it, if it is a hardware issue they will repair it. So, the warranty is not void. If it is software related, simply restore it. *
