My reception went last night and took half an hour to come back on since then I keep getting a lost network msg saying dismiss or settings can anyone help me to stop this happening please x * +

Try. Settings - reset- reset network settings:) failing that, call ur provider and ask to send you settings, comes in form of text n you just say yes.:) * +

Switching your 3G connection off sometimes helps reception issues and you can also try switching to airplane mode for about 10 seconds then switch it back off to see if that helps. *
