Yes did that adi mate and it went back to normal.......the phone is working in slow motion of late, throws me out of facebook etc, might try a restore and rejailbreak gulp pmsl * +

Did you recently install something from Cydia ?..if so try uninstalling what ever it was and see if that helps before doing anything as drastic as restoring and rejailbreaking * +
