When you take out a contract the phone becomes your as soon as you leave the shop, the phone is not written into the Terms n conditions so has nothing to do with network unless you wantthem to block it if it's stolen, then can't block the IMEI just because you don't pay as it is your property, the phone is simply given as a gift in a contract. * +
