It does pinch to zoom two finger swipe on websites to go back and forth and scroll up and down with two fingers * +

In Lion there are 6 main gestures: Swipe to navigate pages, swipe to get birds eye view of open apps, swipe to switch between open apps, swipe to scroll, tap to zoom and pinch to zoom. There are also app specific gestures, too-like rotate pictures. *
