after i sorted my ip4 and jailbroke it i conected it to itunes to sync all my apps . now one of them is over 20mb so i need wifi to update it but its down just now , is there anyway i can remove it from my phone and itunes * +

Just open iTunes, go to apps, delete the one you want, on iPhone just hold the app, press x and it will delete. * +
