The only reason its asking for a wifi connection will be for games 20mb and over,there is an app on Cydia that will spoof servers into thinking your using wifi when infact your really on 3G...not sure if this will work and i can't remember the name of the app but it's worth a try...never heard Installous causing this problem either. *
