Upgrade and restore with 4.3.3. Then go to jailbreakme.com on your phone and jailbreak it again, then unlock using ultrasn0w. The 1604 error means you aren't in DFU mode. Do you know how to get into DFU mode? Not trying to be funny, just asking. * +
