I dont think the iPhone Safari browser supports uploading, go to AppStore and download Opera Mini, that should do it. * +

Seems you no choice but to jailbreak gray, or does Opera Mobile for iOS exist? or is it just Mini? as Mobile would definetly allow it unless Apple put some sort of restriction. * +
