I'll definitely upgrade to 4S, mainly because of 2 reasons. 1) I lost my iPhone 4 during a mugging in April and since I'm on my old 3GS. 2) The camera on the 4S should replace my point and shoot. 3) iPhone is the only device that I've come across which JUST WORKS always. * +

While I'm at it, may as well a few more points why I'd upgrade... 4) even though I'm not a huge mobile gamer but that shared GPU should kick arse. 5) I love retina display and the 3GS started to hurt my eyes now. 6) iPhone 4 had an awesome battery life, it's the same on the 4S as well. I haven't seen a single android device with this much powerful processor running for that long on a single charg. * +
