Put some folders of photos through iTunes but can't delete the odd unwanted one from the phone ??? * +

If they are photos that you did not take with the iPhone camera then you can only delete them via iPhoto. * +

You don't need iPhoto mate, iPhoto is only available on a mac. Use iTunes *
