Just recently got a iphone 4 unlocked but currently on O2 Network as a gift from my mrs brand new how do i setup personal hotspot up on it? I checked settings but its not there. * +

Open settings and it should be there, underneath wifi or if if not you will have to activate it by going to settings, general, network * +
