I have no idea,it appears whenever I launch Cydia,lasts only a second and then loads up as normal.I have been getting it for a couple of weeks now...it only appears with a fresh reloading of Cydia ie after a reboot/respring....I do not like the look of it though(it doesn't look like a loading screen and doesn't last long enough to be). * +
