yes it the storage in the usage setting so it GENERAL then USAGE and it will give u what apps r installed and tell u how much memory u used and how how much is free, i restored it free nothing install the memory keep going in other it show in itunes * +

I agree with nokiae90 my phone went like this cause of either jail break or one itweaks/ apps as I had the phone 2 months gave me this problen * +
