I have literally just jailbroke my iP4 within the hour and got a loud ringtone from Cydia (one I have used before) for some reason i cant access the sound setting menu, when i try to open it it just closes right away, can someone help me? Cheers * +

try a restore then re jail break, but tbh i would just restore and leave it unjail broken as it not worth messing your phone up. * +
