every time since lately when i turn off my iphone 3g ane bk on again a msg cums up... sorry for the inconveinience but ur spring board just crashed,ur phone is now running in safe mode bla bla... I then hit restart then its there for couple mins then all is fine again but a next time that same shxt cums bk up * +

Sounds to me like you've installed something from Cydia that may not be compatible with your firmware.Try switching off any tweaks you may have installed recently or even uninstall them entirely. * +
