Siri doesn't support UK yet pal, only US. It's meant to be sometime this year though * +

With the newly released iOS5.1 it works with Japanese now, shouldnt be long til it does UK, and Aus. * +

It's BETA, only the US had full Siri support from the off. They said so during the 4S keynote *
