And I said don't do that in the Apple forum :-) e and are smashing them in the markets. lets not forget this is just in the states. anything else apple wanna patent? they seem to have a patent for everything a touch screen phone could have. patent for pinch to zoom ffs..... * +

it is sad i have to admit, people cant play fair especially apple, play fair and see who comes out on top, didnt realised squares circles rectangles etc need patents, comapanies need to grow up. when a company sues another, its a sign of weakness. Its true what one pw said, try this case outside of US and then see. Lastly at winner.. the Galaxy s3 is being sold for 550 at CPW... more the the iphone. * +

what babies apple are. can't stand that Samsung make a product better. they even have a patent for the rounded corner of the handests. are they going to patent using your fingers to touch a screen with next? childish b****rds. anyway I've read that its only network variations of said Samsung phones and that international versions are uneffected. dunno if that's true or not but that's what I've read on xda. * +
