Ok, do you have a slot time where as your bath or shower or even both that you use as a relaxation therapy sesstion, ie do you spend hours in there and light candels and use lovely smellys in the bath/ shower to help you relax, body and mind. Do you play music to help also, * +

Yes love a boiling hot bath lots of bubbles my light up rainbow candles sometimes have wine and chocs if im child free also my tunes and im happy(loved) * +

I got some lovely dove bath spa, you have a bath like normel then you cover yourself in the spa then get in to a lovely hot bath and soak for abt an hour and just relax (bath) * +
