Im dreading it this year cause its been warm. The only time i get it really bad is when its low and breezy and it as just rained. It does,nt effect me much when its high or medium like it does with other surfferers. * +

Any itchiness with the hayfever try some apple cider vinegar in a bath it's also good for pr*ckly heat *
