(Hug) Weldone man thats ace you should be chuffed to bits:) im doing weight watchers i need to get 2lb off next week then ive lost 5 percent body weight and shifted my first stone so im swimming everyday walking way to much aqua aerobics but doesnt it feel great loosing ha * +

Thanks sourz, I am chuffed. You'll lose 2lb no bother,providing no junk food this week lol. I walk everywhere too and I go swimming sat mornings with the kids, have you tried that insanity? (lol) * +

Well im ment to get weighed next week on wednesday but im at a funeral so dont get weighed till next saturday now so im going to have today off aswell then got 9 days of full on strictness and excercise (crying) ha...Ah aye every sunday morning i take Ryan lol what a clart on clothes everywhere trying to get us both ready then the inflatables then Ryan trying to open the cubical door when ive got hardly nowt on haha i lost my coat a few weeks back had my phone money keys you name it in my pockets i was that demented id left it in changing room thank fk it was handed in lol *
