I never did understand why people were so obsessed by nirvana. They did make a few good songs but i think the majority of their fanbase are young teens who were in college and just got into them cos its deemed to be cool by the cool people * +

i'm not a huge fan of either but would like to point out that nirvana and seether are different genre's and the whole point of grunge was to not sound fantastic but play what you wanna, so i don't think cobain would give two s**ts about someone having a similar voice to him. the reason nirvana were so popular is they hit mainstream (somehow), and at the point there wasnt a massive amount around... * +
