do you have any adjusters on the bridge? changing the height of the string a tiny bit can be enough to sort that sometimes. and how old are the strings? as a last resort you can gently file the metal of the fret away, just enough to change the pitch slightly * +

adjust your truss rod. dont mess about with any adjusters cos your strings will be at different heights * +

Could be one of a few things, if it's only happening to one fret then it's safe to assume your neck isn't bent, otherwise all frets would be out. Could be a knot in the wood, could be the action/height of the strings. But I'm thinking intonation is the culprit. Check the natural harmonics on the 12th fret againt the fretted notes on the 12th. If they're not exactly the same pitch then.. Intonation *
