any1 listening to anything new that's been out these dayz knowz nothing about hip hop, save those who prefer underground. Nas said it better, hip hop is dead and major contributors to this are lil' wayne, birdman, rick ross, waka flocka flocka (or whatever his name is) and to think the former soapie softie drake is now turned hardc*re rapper, what a shame. Hip hop used to be poetry to express urself in the form of hip hop. Today is only about rapping abt b***hes, drugs, gunz.

The Last Emperor is underground. He still keeps it true to the core. * +

hip-hop these days? obviously you aren't listening to the right artists. Immortal Technique, Apathy, Reef The Lost Cauze, The Roots, Buckshot, Elzhi, Vinnie Paz, La Coka Nostra, Mac Miller, Snowgoons... there is a whole plethora of artists out there ''these days'' that are releasing cultured, quality stuff. turn off your radio, man. * +
